There is disposable mail that is provided by many websites. You can use disposable mail to log into any website (with exception of some websites). These disposable emails will be valid for 10 minutes and become invalid after that and they provide you all incoming mails within those 10 minutes.

Can disposable mail work with every website?
Note that some websites block disposable mails use in log in system. Hence you cannot use disposable mail there but there is always way for user to escape.
If anyone is using disposable mail in your website for logging means he is not trusting your site for sharing any of his details. Web developers may block some disposable mail provider’s domain but user can always try different services as every day there will be new disposable mail provider added to the internet.
